This summer, elementary and middle school learners can explore their passions with a variety of new classes, experiences and spaces. All learning experiences are free for students to Explore.
This summer, Springfield Public Schools is offering free breakfast and lunch to any child 18 and under, accompanied by an adult, through July 15, 2022. Adults, over the age of 18, may pay $2.45 for breakfast, and $4.05 for lunch.

Continue learning after Explore July 18-29 with Launch Virtual Classes
Launch is offering a virtual option for Math and Reading support, July 18-29th for students entering 1st-8th grade. Students can enroll in ‘Launch into Reading Bootcamp’ and ‘Launch into Math Bootcamp’ to participate in virtual courses that will offer access to adaptive reading and math software and options for one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction.
Students who participate in the Reading and Math Bootcamp should keep their device at the end of Explore.

Help Springfield families be ready to learn at the Back to School Bash Saturday, July 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a volunteer event. Employees who choose to volunteer will not be compensated for their time.
