Launch partners with Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development
Launch Missouri’s Workforce will offer students career-focused virtual education courses that allow students to graduate high school career ready. In addition to learning valuable skills, students will be able to earn industry-recognized certifications and credentials in 11 Workforce Pathway industries.

the Back to School Bash

Help Springfield families be ready to learn at the Back to School Bash Saturday, July 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a volunteer event. Employees who choose to volunteer will not be compensated for their time.
SPS names new principal for 2022-2023

SPS is pleased to announce a new principal for Shady Dell Early Childhood Center. Ms. Melanie Miller, who is currently a school community liaison with SPS, will lead the center which provides quality learning programs for preschool children who are 4 and 5 years old.
