What's happening at St Antoninus?

Today
First Friday Mass in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus will today at 12 Noon. Following Holy Mass and an outdoor Benediction, as well as a quick simple lunch, Fr Joseph will expose Jesus in Blessed Sacrament and we will proceed with Alliance of Two Hearts- Communion of Reparation prayers from 2pm to 5pm. Confessions will be available from 3-5pm.
Tomorrow, Saturday
Monthly Charismatic Healing Mass at 3pm. Come earlier at 2pm for First Saturday Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and confessions. Come for our Lord's extravagant healing & consolation. If you cannot come in person, you can participate online. Click here.
 Reminder:
√  The Memorial Mass for Chief Clement Obiechina (Ichie. Nwajiugo), father & father in law of Chief Emeka and Lolo Jacinta Aniebue, is tomorrow, August 6 at 7pm, followed by a reception in the church hall.

√  Monday August 15 is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Our Mass will be at 12 Noon in the rectory chapel. This will also be the time for the formal Consecration to Jesus thru Mary for those who have been following the 33 Days to Morning Glory preparation.
 Reminder:
√ The Children’s Liturgy of the Word, which is normally held on the 2nd Sunday of the month will be on August 21, the third Sunday of the month. Parents, please take note.

Sacramental Preparations at

Tuesday - Saturday 9-3pm

WEDDINGS. Contact the parish office one year in advance of the proposed marriage date.

INFANT BAPTISM. Expectant parents should call the office to register for the baptism of your baby. Most of our baptisms take place during Sunday Mass.

CATECHISM CLASSES FOR CHILDREN - take place on Sundays, from 8:15am to 9:15am.

ADULT BAPTISM & other Sacraments of Initiation – call to register.

√ Our new RCIA Class will be starting in September. RCIA stands for: “Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.”
This program is for:
- Those who are not baptized and want to inquire about becoming Catholic.
- Those who are non-Catholic Christians and want to consider becoming Catholic.
- and for adult Catholics who have not received Confirmation or Holy Communion.

Scripture Study

Join our Cleaning Ministry which meets every second Saturday of the month to do a general cleaning of the Church. Call Doris Okolie at 347 748 5023, coordinator of this mission of love & fellowship.
