June Bedtime Blessings with Ms. Emily
This Sunday's Faith @ Home lesson
Farewell Pastor Matt!
Read:  2 Thessalonians 3:1-5, Matthew 6:24-34 or in the Spark Bible pg. 276

Reflect: In our story today, We are reminded that everything will be ok. We are doing ok, we are on the right path. Although things are changing we do not need to worry because God is with us. We are a great community and we are loved. Sometimes, especially when we are little, we might worry that we are too small for God to notice, that maybe God is in charge of the grownups and we have to wait until we are grown up to matter. Not true! You matter to God—no matter how little you are, or how big you get, you will always matter to God. Sometimes, we may feel worried that God isn’t hurrying as fast as we would like. We might wonder if God is running late or has forgotten about us. One of the most wonderful things about God is that God invented time, so God is never late. God can always make enough time to take care of us, no matter what. God is always working for us, working things out, making a way for us to be safe and happy. Things will be OK! Do not worry.

Respond: Pastor Matt has a new church community to care for near where his family live. While he is leaving us, and that makes us sad, we rejoice in this new adventure. At the in-person service today, Children's Ministry are invited to present a gift our children worked on in May. Will you help present if you are attending the service today? If you can't attend maybe you would like to send a note to Matt and Betsy. They can be sent to church office and will be forwarded to their new home.

Let's pray for each other:
Lord God, words are not enough to express Your awesomeness.
Your creation, Your very self; are amazing!
Make us aware, through Your Holy Spirit, that You are here among us always.
May I take good care of the things in my life, and be grateful. I thank you for the gifts in my life such as_________. We love you God.
Amen.

Summer service opportunity
Celebration Sunday Garden
Water our garden this summer!
You are invited to volunteer once or as many times as you'd like to water and care for the gardens! The times are flexible (although listed at 11-12:15 - you can choose to come and care for the gardens at whatever time works best on your assigned day). You will be invited to attend to our garden, and as you do, please remember that we share this space with many others!
It is our hope to "harvest" our vegetables in late August and early September! But they need water all summer long. CAN YOU HELP!?
Let us share our love for God and neighbor by tending to the garden this summer!
If you need directions to the garden, please email Rev. Anne Marie (annemarie@hillschurch.com) or text (508)404-0287!
Be a part of their care. This is a low commitment easy way to serve. All ages.
Blessings,
Mrs. T.
