This Wednesday, April 17th we are hosting our Monthly Celebrity Chef Dinner with Chef Omar Flores from the critically acclaimed Casa Rubia in Trinity Groves! This dinner is very special to us as we are MASSIVE fans of Chef Omar and his new take on Modern Spanish Tapas, plus we are big Spanish wine lover's as a whole and have gone to great lengths to choose some of the best wines available while sparing no expense. Plus, we are taking a brief hiatus from our regularly scheduled monthly Chef Dinners, so this will be the last one while we prepare a new wrinkle or three =) ![You Know You Want It!!](https://ih.constantcontact.com/fs101/1111778397126/img/31.jpg?a=1117072279236)
You Know You Can't Resist!

Chef Omar Flores is currently the Executive Chef of Casa Rubia in the red hot Trinity Groves Development where the restaurant recently earned a 2014 James Beard Award nomination as a semi-finalist in the Best New Restaurant Category, Southwest. asa Rubia also earned the #2 slot on Texas Monthly's list of the best new restaurants in Texas which was issued on February 18. Finally, this new concept, where Chef Flores is featuring his take on "modern tapas", also earned him critical acclaim with 4 stars out of the gate by the Dallas Morning News. Most recently, Chef Omar has been named as a contender in the 2014 Food & Wine: The People's Best New Chef Southwest. This dinner is not one to miss. We are featuring a Sparkling Cava reception followed by 5 courses of extremely thoughtful Spanish dishes from Chef Omar. All courses will be paired with some of the most beautiful Spanish wines that we offer. All 6 wines and 5-Courses are $110 per person. That, my friend, is a heck of a deal.
We still have a few tickets left, hurry and secure your spot!
