3D Printer Kickoff!

Are you interested in 3D printing technology, but don't know how to access it?  Come and see the library's 3D printer in action and learn how you can have your design printed! No registration is required for this event.   
Socrates Cafe

Join moderator Dan Fisherman in a Socratic dialog that explores a philosophical, ethical, or sociopolitical issue using questions that probe underlying assumptions and statements. The goal is not to come out on top in an argument, but to arrive at a deeper appreciation for a subject's richness and complexity.
Coloring Books for Adults
Tuesday, June 25th, 6-7:30pm

Coloring books aren't just for kids anymore! Join us this month to discover the joy of adult coloring. Come to unwind, express your creativity, and meet new people! Adult coloring books offer a variety of designs, often intricate, just waiting to get lost in. Both colored pencils and fine tipped markers will be available, along with a wide variety of coloring books to choose pages from. Light refreshments served.
 
New members are always welcome! Stop by any time between 6-7:30pm.
The 10 Signs:
Early Detection Matters

Join a representative of the Hudson Valley Alzheimer's Association for an informative talk titled, "Know the 10 Signs: Early Detection Matters." If you or someone you know is experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes, it's time to learn the facts. This interactive workshop features video clips of people with Alzheimer's disease.
 
This event for adults is free. Registration is encouraged but not required. Registration is done through the Alzheimer's Association by calling 1.800.272.3900.  
International Film Night
Friday, June 28th, 7pm

Join us for International Film Night. This month's feature, The Celebration, is from Denmark. A father's 60th birthday is the setting for this family drama. Everyone respects the father deeply - or do they? The film's tagline is that "Every family has a secret." Rated R. 105 minutes.
 
Free admission, no registration required. All films shown in their original language with English subtitles (including films in English.) Doors open at 6:30 and film starts promptly at 7:00pm.
