Collaborators Wanted!
During our Gospel of Mark study in 2022, we'll be pausing to cover the Sermon on the Mount (which is found in the other 3 gospels). This teaching series will be covered March 06- May 08. We are looking for collaborators to help us generate the Study Guide content [See Guideline Here].
Please let Kasra or Joseph know if you are interested. There are no prerequisites, the beauty of this process is simply getting your interaction and experiences with scripture on paper so that it can be a blessing to others.

Church, beginning February 13 @ 5 pm, ECF is entering into a new transitional time of Sunday Worthip service at a new location. As we continue our efforts towards a more permanent home, this allows such a unique opportunity to still gather to worship and bring honor to Jesus, at a time that we've never experienced before. If you are interested in serving on a team to make this service welcoming and engaging, please let Nicole know!

C.S. Lewis spent many years an agnostic at best. Yet his close friends, including J.R.R. Tolkien, wouldn’t let him complacently remain that way. Lewis was a reader and a writer. His head and heart were full of myths. His friends pressed him about why he enjoyed the myths and gradually showed him that Christianity was the true Myth – the story behind all the others. Eventually, Lewis saw it, embraced it, loved it, and through it saw and loved everything else about Christianity.
Here is what apologetics is about. It is a broad, technical-sounding term that refers both to sharp defenses and gentle conversations. It’s about understanding, commitment, and long-suffering.
Why study apologetics?
To know what you believe and why you believe it. Don’t take things for granted. Take ownership of your convictions. Those convictions are likely to be challenged.
Join Kye Harris for this 8-week journey, beginning on February 20 @ 12:30 PM

A church-wide invitation of establishing a Spiritual Rule of Life…creating habits, routines, and rhythms that consistently connect us with the Lord and place ourselves in a position where He is more likely and able to work on our hearts, souls, and minds.
So in 2022, Joseph, our staff, and elders invite you to practice PRAY/FAST/SABBATH from Sunday to Sunday, in whatever shape or form you're comfortable with.
You'll begin to hear more about this through our Mark teaching series (that kicked off on January 02), and also we've got some RoL bookmarks for everyone that are available on Sundays for you to take, share & use for encouragement.

We're back to serving in-person and onsite at New Horizons, the fourth Thursday of each month. With the food prep mostly done in advance, we need teams to arrive at 6:00 pm to begin serving dinner at 7 pm and be done by 8:00 pm. This is a tremendous opportunity for us to put a face to the act of kindness and service.

This week: Youth Group!
Last week Hailey Rahm shared her testimony with the group. It was very powerful and full of stories of God's provision and love through struggles of all kinds. We then had a Q/A time were the kids were able to ask her any and all questions they had. This week we are going to be hearing from our very own, Zac Price! We can't wait, please encourage your teen(s) to come, engage and be apart of something bigger than themselves. JOIN US!
