SUNDAY SERVICE WITH THE REV. CHRIS BREEDLOVE. Sermon:  God Loves That Person You Don't Like. Scripture:    Luke 10: 25-37. Music: Summer Choir. Kristin Burns, guest pianist, Brant Ruggles, guest conductor. Anthem: Pray for the People  Choplin.          
CHILDREN'S SUMMER PROGRAM.  Children and youth age 3 through 12th grade are invited to join their parents for the first part of worship and gather in the front of the Sanctuary for Children's time. Children and youth will then leave with their teachers for their age-based groups in the Learning Center. The program will end at 11:15 a.m.

THE SATURDAY OF SERVICE  is September 7th,  8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This is an intergenerational day of helping our community. Work sites besides the Parish Hall activities, are to be determined. Sign up for the whole family or on your own. There must be something that's close to your heart. Don't forget to pick your T-shirt size as well. Questions? Talk to Tim Fitzgibbon or Sandy Ruggles.

ALL CHURCH PICNIC is Sunday, September 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Patriot Corner Picnic Area at Shoup Park. Bring your own food and drinks. Fellowship Board will light up the grill for BBQ and there will be activities and music.

BLOOD DRIVE  is Sunday, July 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is organized by our neighbor, Saint Nicholas Church.  Appointments can be made in front of St. Nicholas Church July 14 and 21, or online at . Use the sponsor code "saintnicholas".  There is always a need for blood and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community.


RELAY FOR LIFE   Thanks to your generosity, our FCC team has raised $ 9,434. for the American Cancer Society!  Expecting out of town guests?  Take advantage of the "free" Marriott Courtyard weekend stay and make it a win-win-win!  Donate through August.


LECTIONARY BIBLE STUDY meets Mondays, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room. Revs. Melanie Weiner and Chris Breedlove facilitate the discussion, focusing on the scriptures that form the theme of the next Sunday's sermon. New participants are always welcome.

CIRCLE OF WOMEN meets the fourth Monday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. for potluck and sharing.

KNITTING CIRCLE meets 1:00-2:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month in the Fireside Room. We do prayer shawls, baby blankets or just your own project. Come join the fellowship. Talk to Lisa DiTiberio for questions.

SUMMER CHOIR continues through July 28. No robes, no Wednesday evening rehearsals. Just show up in the sanctuary at 9:15 on Sunday morning to learn that week's easy anthem.
TRUTH SEEKERS meets Thursdays 11:00 a.m.- 12:15 p.m. in the Learning Center. We will study a new book: A God That Could be Real: Spirituality, Science, and the Future of Our Planeby Nancy Abrams. Please see Rev. Melanie Weiner to order the book. All are welcome.
