Not Your Average Cause Was a Hit!

We are excited to report that Gates Elementary School raised $470.90 through the Not Your Average Cause Program . A big "thank you" to all the families that dined in (or carried out) at Not Your Average Joe's on Tuesdays during the month of January. We really appreciate your support.

In fact, we did so well that we are running the program again in March. Remember, the more Gates Elementary supporters who participate, the more money Not Your Average Joe's will donate.

The Bag2School Program Was a Huge Success!

A big "thank you" to our 6th grade teacher Mrs. Acheson and the Gates Green Team for putting on the first ever Gates Bag2School recycling program. We donated over 200 bags and couldn't have done it without the support of the Gates Community. While helping to raise money for Gates School, the program also helps raise awareness of the importance of textile recycling and diverting unwanted clothing from ending up in landfills.
Bags collected and stored on the stage.
