Gather Your Coins for the Upcoming ALL FOR BOOKS Coin Drive. Nickels Dimes Quarters and More!

Help us collect spare change during the All 4 Books Coin Drive from 09/14/18 to 09/26/18 . As part of the Scholastic Book Fair, all money raised goes towards purchasing more books for our Classroom Libraries! That means new books for our kids to share!

The All for Books money we collect also helps readers beyond our school and community. Scholastic Book Fairs® matches monetary donations with a donation of up to $1 million in books from The Scholastic Possible Fund, which distributes books to children in need through organizations such as Kids In Need Foundation, Reader to Reader, Inc., and the National Center for Families Learning.

There will be one Giant Jug near the front office where kids can donate spare change.

Last year we raised over a $1000!!, Spare change really adds up!

Help us beat that goal this year and put more books into our classrooms!

The Gates Fun Run is Less Than a Month Away

Do you want to get a first-hand look at what a typical Fun Run is all about? Then check out the Boosterthon Fun Run Overview video . Doesn’t this look like fun? Kids will be laughing, skipping, dancing, walking, and running their way around a track—all while earning money for their school. Students will also learn about MindSpark—a mystery theme combining S.T.E.A.M. skills (Science, Technology️, Engineering, Arts, & Math) with character building.

As our biggest fundraiser of the year, we are hoping to raise $30,000 for Gates School. So please help our school by reaching out to your friends and relatives for support when pledging begins on 10/10/18. All families are welcome to come out and cheer on your child the actual day of the run on 10/19/18. Check out the Gates Fun Run website to learn more.
