For the remainder of July and August, staff will be taking turns with vacations. So, please call ahead and make sure the person you want to see will be here for you before coming to the office. Most days, the front door will be locked, so we will need to come out and meet those with appointments. Please note the numbers listed every week in the program for pastoral emergencies.

THIS SUNDAY:
July 28th
:
KITCHEN CELEBRATION
|
|
This Sunday, after both Services, check out the nearly complete kitchen. Our celebration will include champagne, featured treats made in the kitchen, and our usual fine coffee hour service.
Our St. Margaret's kitchen is "state of the art" with commercial dish washer, ice maker, new gas stoves/ovens and all stainless countertops and cabinetry. It is designed to last far into the future, is easy to clean and maintain and will allow us to be friends of our environment.
HELP
:
- FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION: By check or pledge, by designating "kitchen" on your contribution or pledge.
- SERVICE CONTRIBUTION: Sign up for the KITCHEN GUILD-be part of a team to maintain the kitchen on an ongoing basis, to learn how to operate the commercial dishwasher and/or to be a kitchen mentor for new guild members.
QUESTIONS? Ask a Kitchen Remodel Committee Member
: Mark Austin, E.S. Cecile, Shirley Coombs, Andy Duvall, Mary Ann Ekman, Gene Erickson, Bruce Fowler, Barbara McEwen, Berneil Mroz or Eva Myers. Contact any one of us in person or email Mary Ann Ekman at

Beware of Phone E-Mail Messages
|
A favorite trick of crooks is creating a false e-mail account using the name of the lead pastor listed on a website and then sending requests to every address that can be found using the website. Any e-mail from Pastor Kathleen asking you to do a favor or buy a gift card is phony. Take care to check the sending address. The real Pastor Kathleen only uses
kathleenk@stmargarets.org. This fraud is not accomplished by hacking but rather by imitating, and there is really no way to stop it, so be alert!!
