This year marks the 50th anniversary for the Fair Housing Act and the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® (EBCBOR) hosted their annual Fair Housing Forum this past Thursday at the EBCBOR office. With an overwhelming attendance of over 75 participants, the general membership as well members of other neighboring boards were able to hear from our panel of experts. The members received current information and updates on issues pertaining to rent control, the section 8 voucher program, Service Animals v. Emotional Support Animals just to name a few of the topics discussed. We thank the panelists for providing insightful information to our member and our moderator, Joanne English-Rollieson of English Realty Associates.
