In honor of Madison’s 38th annual Tree City USA award from the Arbor Day Foundation, the Friends of Madison Shade Trees and the boro’s Shade Tree Management Board will present remarks and artwork by Madison school children and present the Tree City flag to Mayor Robert Conley. The celebration also kicks off Madison Green & Clean day.

Before you "spring into action" with outdoor cleanup, first attend this mini-festival (a reinvented May Day) for opportunities to participate in and learn about healthier, more ecologically beneficial practices indoors and out! Sponsored by the Madison Downtown Development Commission.

Dr. Tallamy's eye-opening talk, which includes answers to questions from Madison residents, is a must-see!
