Although Summer may be winding down, the Morristown Farmers Market continues on, now through November 23, with Jersey Fresh produce, seafood, vegan specialties, kombucha, teas, mushrooms, spices, honey, cheese, pickles, eggs, beef, flowers, pet treats, plus weekly live music and kids’ activities, weather permitting.

Separate advisory boards are appointed (sometimes in conjunction with other municipalities) to run the library, a water authority, a parking authority and a housing authority.

Romeo and Juliet Shakespeare Theatre

Shakespeare Theatre Announces Cast For Romeo and Juliet

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (STNJ) will present Romeo and Juliet from September 10 through October 5 at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre on the campus of Drew University in Madison, NJ. One of the most enduring tragedies in Western literature, the play is a cautionary tale about the tragic consequences of young love trying to exist amidst a world entrenched in hatred.

The Morris County Economic Development Alliance & Tourism Bureau receives funding from the County of Morris and the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Travel & Tourism.
