We are back to hybrid service.
Policies for in-person worship:
·    Masks are strongly recommended indoors, and optional outdoors
·      Seating will be free (no distancing enforced)
·      Sign-in is required for contact tracing
·      Doors will remain open for ventilation (dressing in layers is recommended
for comfort)

Pastor Chris Breedlove is happy to meet with you on the phone, on Zoom, in person at church, or at a local venue. Please make an appointment. Pastor Breedlove’s regular office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM.  Pastor Breedlove is available for evening meetings and visitations as well. Days off: Monday & Saturday.

Pastor Jean's office hours are Fridays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Call, email, or text Pastor Jean to set an appointment for an office visit, a visit to your home, a meeting at a cafe, or even a park. If Fridays are not good for you, then just reach out to Pastor Jean to arrange an alternative time for a phone call or Zoom appointment. She looks forward to connecting.

You may remember this wonderful song from the animated movie “Curious George”. The singer tells about discovering a new way to live: being positive through life’s many changes, exploring new ideas and revisiting old ones, enjoying and treasuring nature, feeling love, and sharing love with others. As the song closes, the words “please don’t go away” convey that the singer wants this feeling to last. In the last line, perhaps the singer is asking God the question “Is this how it’s supposed to be?” We know that God wants us to live in light and love and wonder, and we keep it going by sharing.

Dear Foothills members,
 
For the last several months, the Executive Council has been discussing the ministerial staffing needs of our church, and is recommending that Foothills expand pastor Jean’s role to a full-time Associate Minister so that we can enjoy more of the things she has been offering, and to support church growth.
 
We want to share with you why we’re excited about this possibility, and we also want to get your input to help us make a well-informed decision, examined from all angles.
 
We anticipate that many of you will have questions and comments to share. To get the answers to your questions and to have an opportunity share your thoughts, please come to one of the two forums after church the next two Sundays:
