CEO MESSAGE

As the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce celebrates our 130th anniversary in 2025, we want to launch new, innovative plans for the future of our Anaheim business community. Over the next several months, we will be introducing Chamber 2.0 to kick off the next 130 years of the Chamber.

Chamber 2.0 will bring changes both big and small as we move into the future:

• A new logo will help bring a fresh, vibrant look matching the new era.
• Our new strategic plan will enhance our communications, increase our membership, expand our legislative advocacy, and add more of our signature events.
• Under the new 2.0 plan, the Chamber will devote even more resources to building a strong economy to help Anaheim become one of America's major cities with a powerhouse economy, and we will partner with City Hall to ensure a proactive approach in preparing and growing Anaheim for the future.
• We will increase engagement with Anaheim businesses of all sizes, with a particular emphasis on our small and medium businesses, ensuring all parts of Anaheim's economy and all areas of Anaheim have a seat at the table, and all Anaheim businesses and residents share in the prosperity.

Let's embrace the question, "Why Anaheim?" And let's show the world the answer: Anaheim is - and will continue to be - the best city in the best country in the world!

Celebrating more than 40 years as an Anaheim Chamber member, this week, we are proud to spotlight Stater Bros. Markets.

When Cleo Stater needed to help his parents put food on the table during the Great Depression, it was a compassionate, neighborhood grocery store owner that gave the inexperienced young man an opportunity as a retail clerk.

Five years later, through the generosity of another business owner, Cleo and his brother Leo scraped together enough money to buy that very same grocery store. It’s a story of hard work and persistence, but success wouldn’t have been possible without the kindness afforded them by others.

Today, this empathetic spirit and compassion for the community inspire every decision at Stater Bros. Markets. After all, everyone could use a little help from time to time.



They commit to helping you stretch your dollar further, eat healthier, shop with comfort and ease, and delight your family, all while feeling like there is someone out there that cares. Because they do. It’s about doing the right thing for the right reason. That reason is you.

Anaheim Chamber Annual Golf Tournament - Monday, September 9

The fall is quickly approaching, and you will want to register to play in the Anaheim Chamber’s Golf Tournament as we promote doing business in Anaheim! Join the great company of SA Recycling, Republic Services, Control Air, Bomel Construction, Angels Baseball, Embassy Suites Anaheim South, Caisteal Builders, and Sunwest Bank to name just a few. Besides hole-in-one opportunities presented by JSTAR and Mercedes Benz of Anaheim, we have a lot of on-course activities planned! One of the best parts is all of our Chamber member restaurants on site to provide you plenty of food throughout your best ball scramble, including breakfast by Keno’s Restaurant, and on-course snacks provided by Hickory & Spice, Island’s Anaheim Hills, Jersey Mike’s of Anaheim, and Navarro’s Tacos.
