Save the date for September 19th. The Anaheim Chamber of Commerce invites your business to participate in our annual Business Links Networking Golf Tournament. This tournament at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course features a four-person scramble, a Player’s Package with contest hole opportunities, and awards to be given to the Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin, Most Accurate Drive, and first, second, and third-place teams overall. Awards will be presented during the After-Golf Mixer. The After-Golf Mixer will be held at the Clubhouse. Non-golfers are encouraged to attend. Registration is Open! |

OCVibe developers share details of how Honda Center
area would be revamped

In a community Workshop, the Anaheim planning commissioners were given a first look Wednesday, July 6, at the proposal for turning parking lots, a nearby office building, and other adjacent properties into a vibrant, 95-acre LA Live-esque district. Entertainment, food, and lifestyle are the three “ecosystems” developers of OCVibe say the mixed-use community proposed around the Honda Center will sustain. |

Blusky Restaurant & Bar on the rooftop of the 12-story Radisson Blu hotel is the best restaurant to open in Anaheim in years. Chef Edgar Beas worked in the Basque region before coming here, and it shows. He serves delicious cod throats in salsa verde made with Basque chiles, garlic, and chives. He roasts scallops in their shells and splashes them with broth made from Iberico ham. Must order: Pan con tomate, skate wing, Iberico ham.

Disneyland Resort and Girl Scouts of Orange County have teamed up to support everyone's favorite cookie entrepreneurs! As part of the collaboration with Girl Scouts of Orange County, the Disneyland Resort provides support for career exploration events such as “Dreams to Reality,” which allows Disney VoluntEARS and volunteers from other Orange County employers to sit with Girl Scouts of Orange County to discuss career paths and offer mentorship and guidance. OCFA Handcrew Firefighters Dylan Van Iwaarden and Phi Le, firefighters who suffered critical burns while battling the Silverado Fire in October of 2020, will be recognized by Angels Baseball tonight at their home game. Dylan and Phi will be invited down to the field with family and friends as Dylan throws out the first pitch. Please join the OCFA family in honoring these two firefighters for their strength and service to our community. |

Zabon Ramen Opens Second Location |

Zabon Ramen, a unique ramen restaurant originating in Japan, opened its second North American location on July 1, 2022, within the historic Anaheim Packing District - home of Orange County's original food hall. The first U.S. Zabon Ramen opened in Torrance in 2016 and quickly became one of the most popular ramen spots in Southern California.
Zabon Ramen, which originated in the Kagoshima-Prefecture of Kyushu Island, attracts a loyal following of ramen enthusiasts seeking a more uncommon soup base, combining Tonkotsu (pork) broth, chicken broth, and soy sauce. What also sets Zabon apart from other popular So Cal ramen destinations is a generous mound of fresh vegetables and melt-in-your-mouth charred chashu (Japanese braised pork belly).
