On 2/9/15 Walton pled guilty to Burglary 1st Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 1st Degree. Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Leanne Beck recommended a 10 year prison sentence. On 3/10/15 Walton was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
