Bethel's Global Christmas 2020
Giving to God's Children Around the World

Bethel's Global Mission Team has assembled a variety of gift opportunities for each of our Global Mission partners. We hope you will be inspired to honor family and/or friends with a gift that goes far beyond traditional giving and moves us closer to the true spirit of Christmas... of Christian love, and service to others. Of lifting up our brothers and sisters in Christ, even thousands of miles away. Whether the thought of a sleepy head with a full tummy in loving care at one of our partner orphanages, or perhaps a young woman at MaaSAE Girls Lutheran Secondary School in Tanzania receiving needed textbooks or lab supplies, or helping the children at Escuela Integrada overcome poverty through education, or maybe the gift of a brighter future, of surgery and "new" legs to run on - the opportunities are here! Visit the Global Missions page for more information!

Celebrate the Christmas Season in Words, Music and Pictures, with 15 local churches. The program runs from December 1 - January 6Winchester AGO

Donations may be made to WATTS or The Winchester Rescue Mission

GIVING for 2020 and 2021

2020 Giving

Any contributions that you wish to be included in 2020 giving for income tax purposes must be postmarked no later than Thursday, December 31, 2020.  Any contributions postmarked after that date will be counted in 2021 giving.

2021 Offering Envelopes

Because of COVID-19 and no in-person worship services, 2021 Offering Envelopes were mailed yesterday, December 8th, to those who presently have 2020 Offering Envelopes and have used them for contributions to Bethel during the year.  Because of current postal regulations, we have had to "repackage" the envelopes to avoid paying over double the postage, because of the Offering Envelope box dimensions. All you have to do is remove  rubber bands and then reassemble the Offering Envelope box.

2021 Simply Giving

Those presently enrolled in Simply Giving (our electronic fund transfer program) do not receive numbered offering envelopes.  If you do also wish to have 2021 numbered offering envelopes,  please email Kim Williams at bookkeeper@bethelwinchester.com or call the church office at 540-662-3245.
If you are presently enrolled in Simply Giving and are changing your giving amount for 2021, please be sure that the office receives a revised sign-up form prior to December 15th.  These forms are available online at bethelwinchester.com.  Select "Online Forms."
A Simply Giving Enrollment Form for those enrolling for the first time or revising their current contribution is available online at bethelwinchester.com.  Select "Online Forms" (paper copies are available in the Church Office).
If you have any questions about the Simply Giving program, please email or call Kim Williams at bookkeeper@bethelwinchester.com or 540-662-3245.
