This Week at Charlotte Lab School
Dear Lab Families,

Wow! This year's Multicultural Night may have been our best yet. Our amazing Lab family came together to represent and celebrate over 40 unique cultures. It was incredible to see the time, care, and pride that went into each table and to experience the excitement and energy of the attendees as they explored cultures from around the world. This year, the performances, which included a Chinese dragon, African drums, and a karate demonstration, were a particular highlight.

I want to give a special thanks to Carey French and Astrid Salas for taking the lead in the event, the World Language team for all of their preparation and support, the PTSO for helping fund and coordinate the event, Two Guys'N a Kitchen for the delicious food, and our table hosts for sharing their cultures.

On another note, I want to remind everyone that the deadline to submit Sibling Preference Lottery Applications is Monday, January 28 at 11:59 pm. If more applications are received than we have seats available, a lottery will be held at 10:00 am on February 4 at the Lower School and results will be published on our website the next day. Please contact Caele Gambs at with questions.
