Next week crews will continue installing Air Handler 1 (AHU-1) and associated piping. Crews will continue installing ductwork, insulation, and wiring in the penthouse. Occupants should expect the impact to be minimal. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please contact Dylan McIntosh.

This workshop is designed to identify current BUMC global health initiatives to facilitate collaboration and collaborative grants among faculty working in the same locations around the world.

 

Faculty will be assigned to tables by continent and country to discuss initiatives and then the table will present briefly to the larger group. 

 

We then will have a project list by country with interest group contact information for ongoing discussions.

Please join us for this important workshop with BU VP of Federal Relations Jennifer Grodsky to learn how to effectively connect with federal lawmakers. We will discuss proven strategies for sharing your scholarship with politicians, advocating for evidence-based policies, and developing relationships with government officials. 

 

Participants will gain insights into the culture of Congress, effective communication practices, and the logistics of meeting with legislators.
