Advent Way of Love - This Sunday at 9:00 in the Library
Join us at just a bit after 9:00 until a bit before 10:00 for the fourth advent way of the session, The Birth of Jesus: Journeying in the World. The angels appear before the shepherds, proclaiming the good news of Jesus' birth. The shepherds went in haste to see the infant Jesus and then told others what they had seen and heard. The way of love bursts out into the world, crossing boundaries and offering blessings to many. For more information, contact Lee Puricelli, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gifts for Life
The Episcopal Relief and Development Gifts for Life catalogs are available on the outreach table. Please take one and consider how you can honor friends and family with gifts that matter for those who are in need in underdeveloped regions. The catalog is also available online at: episcopalrelief.org.
Fourth Sunday of Advent Children's Chapel at 10 AM
At our gathering table, we will review the season of Advent through art depicting the Prophets, Mary and Joseph, the Shepherds and Angels, and the Magi. At Chapel, we will light our fourth Advent candle and hear the Song of Mary, Canticle 15 from My Voice, God's Word. In our prayers, we will thank and petition God who does great things for us and whose name is holy.
Children's Nursery Open Christmas Eve at 5 PM Service
While children of all ages are welcome at our worship services, please know that there is Nursery on the lower level (down the stairs and turn left). If you need a quiet place to care for an infant or if you need a place for toddlers to move and play, please visit the Nursery, staffed by Children's Minister Ann Enkiri.
Christmas books are available in both libraries. Check them out to enjoy over the holidays!
Bring bells to the Christmas Eve Service!
We will ring them during one of the hymns!
