THE FOURTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Week of July 7, 2019
Vacation Bible School Update: God's Glorious Garden--A Home for All Creation   Adult and youth volunteers are preparing to welcome 29 campers for our parish's week-long VBS program. Our theme of Exploring Habitats in God’s Glorious Garden, is founded on Genesis 1, The Story of God’s Creation, with a multi-disciplined approach (art, crafts, Chapel worship, cooking, music, dramatic play, habitat research) to celebrating the diversity of animal and plant life in five different habitats. Together, we will learn about the blessings of protecting and caring for our common home
We need your pictures!
We’re entering the last phase of developing our new website, so please send any photos depicting the life of the parish to boots3303@aol.com and allison.mondel@gmail.com.
Bible Study continues this Sunday at 4:00pm Please join us this summer for Bible study as we read Samuel and learn about the rise of Kings over Israel and a young fellow named David! All are welcome and prior preparation is not necessary. For questions contact Lee Puricelli at leepuricelli@yahoo.com .
Updated Sign Up Sheet Available for Altar Flowers & the Sanctuary Candle   If you wish to sign up for either of these, please contact Peter Hanke, Office Administrator at administrator@ccpk.org, or feel free to sign up at the Church Office door.
Come join us for 30 minutes after work to pray!   Every Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m., some of us come together for a brief time of Evening Prayer with Holy Eucharist. It combines the end-of-the day liturgy with familiar prayers and a time for personal meditation and communion. Come join us for a time of fellowship and prayer; see what a difference it makes in your week!

 LOOKING AHEAD
