Snow Delays For Fitness Classes 

In the event of snow that results in schools closing or being on a 
2-hour delay, the 6:30am, 7:15am and 8:20am classes will be cancelled. The 9:35am classes will continue as scheduled. Please call the front desk regarding the cancellation of any evening classes due to snow.

The Wheel Thing: 
"This class pushes the boundaries of the indoor spin bike and gives you the outside ride you've always dreamed of.  We will go though outdoor terrain where climbs, and sprints mimic the real uphills and downhills along the way.  Come and see what you can do and push the limits to where we can go on a spin bike.  I can't wait to take you for a ride!!"

"I am a super active person.  I have revolved my entire life around sports and pushing my body through exercise.  Since I was little I have been a runner and a cyclist, reaching the professional level in both sports. Now I have fallen in love with teaching spin and have also fallen in love with the multisport lifestyle and currently I have dedicated myself to triathlon and instructing spin classes."

"As I have spent the past 6 years riding primarily outside on the road, I transmit that into my spin classes.  For example, in classes, I will take you on a mimic version of Santa Fe to Taos, up to the Santa Fe ski valley, and all over the world.  I love the ability to push others and transmit my passion of pushing the body and being fit onto those around me.  So come out ... or in for a ride with me and lets push some pedals!"
