Ice Cream Social (4 of 5)

Wednesday, August 13, 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Location: Lazy Mike's, 7049 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church

Join us this Wednesday, followed by 8/20 at Ice Cream Jubilee (plus at 5:30 PM for Families with Young Children).

Lazy Mike's serves house-made ice cream, including at least one vegan sorbet flavor. Food is also available and there is seating both inside and outside. Enter the parking lot from Haycock St. (across from McDonald's).

CEH at the Arlington County Fair

Friday, August 15 & Sunday, August 17

Location: Thomas Jefferson Community Center

Stop by the CEH booth at the Arlington County Fair, Friday, August 15, between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, and on Sunday, August 17, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Volunteers are needed to help set up, staff the booth and take down the booth. No experience necessary!

Potluck Before Services

CEH Fantasy Football 

Registration Deadline: Wed, August 27, 12:00 PM


Pre-Draft Meeting: Wed, August 27, 7:00 - 7:30 PM

It's Fantasy Football time again! Whether you are a seasoned veteran or have never played before, we would love to have you join our fantasy football league this season. This league is a full-PPR, single-QB league (if you don't know what that means, don’t worry, we'll explain on August 27, and don't let that discourage you from playing).

The league is no-cost, and is completely for fun (plus bragging rights and a small prize). The commissioner for the league is Abe Roisman for the fifth year. Please register for this season by Wednesday, August 27 at noon and start thinking of a team name!

The draft will be on Monday, September 1 at 5:30 PM You can draft "live" or "automatically." Join us on ZOOM on Wednesday, August 27 at 7:00 PM to meet your competitors, learn how the league will be run, how to set up your draft, and tips and tricks for the season. All ages welcome to play! Once you register, you will receive Zoom connection information.
