Hello Friends,

As we continue to stay safe at this time I will share the latest updates on church life:
  • Our church building remains closed until future notice. This decision will be re-evaluated once we are clearly in the “green zone” and we have implemented a plan to keep everyone safe and healthy. When & How Faith Church Will Re-Open
  • Our Sunday services are available on Facebook and our website each Sunday at 10:15 am. Remember these services can be watched at the time of the service and again afterwards for those who missed it. (Past services are available on our YouTube page.)

Join us this Sunday for our Service of Worship.

Sacred Conversation on Race
Since the murder of George Floyd and the reaction to it I have been reminded of the words of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr; A riot is the language of the unheard.  If this is true, and I think it is, then I want to start listening and I invite you to listen with me.
To that end, I want to invite you to start an ongoing Sacred Conversation on Race and to willingly enter into the particular aspect of the conversation that focuses attention on White Privilege in its manifestations and impact.
If you are like me, the first time I heard the term White Privilege I became angry and defensive. As of late, I have been able to listen to and understand my brothers and sisters whose skin is a different color than mine. I have much more to learn. Would you join me?
Sadly, we will have to start this conversation and our listening via Zoom as our building remains closed - but I don’t want to wait. At first I thought we would keep this to a 6 week program but I do not want to limit our sacred conversation. This conversation is likely to take on different forms but I doubt it will ever be complete. Join me Monday nights from 7:00 to 8:30 beginning July 13 th . Please don’t feel that you have to commit to each and every session. Participate as you can.
Are you in? Please be open to this challenge. Promise to come to these conversations with open hearts and open minds. Commit to new insights that will lead to new alignments. Admittedly, listening to the pain of others is a painful process but we cannot close our ears. Let me know if you will take part so I can be sure to send you a Zoom invite.

Currently, support is needed for Betty Lou's Pantry. The pantry's food resources have been stretched to cover the extra demand during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently the items most needed are:

Condensed Soup
Hearty Soups
Canned Pasta
Tuna Helper
Canned Tomato Products
Toilet Paper

Food donations are accepted at Betty Lou's Pantry each Wednesday between 9-10 am. You can also drop your donations off at the Coopersburg and Center Valley Post Offices.

Monetary donations are also appreciated and can be given through Faith UCC. (Tithely users will find Betty Lou's Pantry on the designated list.)

A Special THANK YOU to all who continue to financially support our ministry as you are able. Through these uncertain times our financial obligations continue and our regular bills are still coming in. Again we'd like to remind you there are several ways you can do this:

  1. Mail your offering directly to the church
  2. Make an electronic donation through on our website's Giving page
  3. Use your bank's Bill Pay service
