Hello Friends,

As we continue to stay safe in our homes I will share the latest updates on church life each week in this email:

  • The church building will remain closed until the shelter-in-place mandate is lifted. Our Sunday services will be available on Facebook and our website each Sunday at 10:15 am. Remember these services can be watched at the time of the service and again afterwards for those who missed it.

Click on the service to print out a bulletin to follow along:
  • 5/3/20 Worship @ 10:15 am
  • This week's sermon will be provided by our conference minister, The Rev. Dr. Bonnie Bates.
  • Dennis Duda will be joining us on the organ. Welcome back Dennis!!
  • Special music will be performed by Darin Jellison, and Connor Licairac
  • Special thanks to all the musicians taking part in our services, to Noah and Autumn Kandt for reading scriptures, to Autumn for editing the service, and to Darin for uploading them for all of you to watch.

Is there someone in your life in need of prayer?  Click  here  to fill out a prayer request form and Pastor Bruce will mention that person’s first name during worship. Please be sensitive to privacy. Permission to share from those involved must be granted before making a request.

Please be safe, stay inside as much as necessary, and remain healthy.

A Message to our 2020 High School and College Graduates

“If you've come through this school year as a graduate, you can survive anything. You can make the most of anything that comes your way. There is nothing that you can't overcome because you've been tested as much as any young person can be tested. All the rites of passage that you may not have had the advantage of this time will mean so much more to you when they happen for you sometime down the road, whether it's in college, whether it's a wedding, whether it's any major event. They're going to mean that much more because you know what it's like to go without.”

In trying to keep up with our contributions to the UCC 5 for 5 Special offerings we would like you to prayerfully consider giving what you are able to One Great Hour of Sharing . This collection is usually taken in March but has been overlooked due to the current circumstances. Contributions may be sent to the church along with your offerings designated OGHS. You may also contribute through and designate as OGHS.
Through the One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) offering, we are planting seeds of new life.

Together, we are investing in communities worldwide: providing education to girls and boys, empowering communities through vocational training, supporting microcredit lending and seeing people through to self-sufficiency, empowering families with skills to support themselves and their neighbors, and participating in sustainable solutions that offer dignity to all. These are just a few ways the OGHS offering touches God’s children, in addition to disaster relief and refugee initiatives.

Through your generosity, the world is a better place. But more is needed. Today, you have an opportunity to plant seeds into the lives of others. Be a co-worker with God. Building, planting, watering…and trusting that God gives growth to all good gifts shared in faith. Thank you for your partnership. Thank you for your generosity.

A Special THANK YOU to all who continue to financially support our ministry as you are able. Through these uncertain times our financial obligations continue and our regular bills are still coming in. Again we'd like to remind you there are several ways you can do this:

  1. Mail your offering directly to the church ***(at this time the mail is being forwarded to Sandy's "home office" and the church mailbox is not being checked on a regular basis so it may not be safe to place your envelopes in the church mailbox)***
  2. Make an electronic donation through on our website's Giving page
  3. Use your bank's Bill Pay service
