"WASTE NOT is a volunteer staffed program that picks up left over food from the University of Northern Colorado dining halls and transports the food to the Guadalupe Community Center on North 11th Avenue in Greeley, CO. By doing so, hundreds of pounds of high quality nutritious food doesn’t end up in landfills and the Guadalupe Center’s food budget goes farther.

One, two, or three WASTE NOT volunteers sign up every Monday through Thursday to pick up the food from the dining halls between 6:50 and 7:20pm. For questions or to shadow an experience Waste Not volunteer, please email Kurt Dallow at [email protected].

The church office remains closed through January. Staff is still working and is available by phone or email. Please note the staff will be on a planning retreat January 23-25.
