Memorial Walk for Lauretta Young

We miss Lauretta so much! In memory of her birthday on Friday, June 17th, friends of Lauretta Young will be gathering at Ontario Beach Park for a walk and casual picnic.  We will meet at the Sailboats sculpture around 6:15 p.m. and start out at 6:30 p.m. for a walk to the Lighthouse (about a half hour walk), and back, returning to the park for a casual picnic dinner.  All are asked to bring your own brown bag supper, or pick it up at one of restaurants or concessions in the park.  Please bring lawn chairs or blankets as tables may be in short supply. Questions, contact Shirley Bond ( or Marcia Weaver (  In the event of light rain, we are still on.  In the event of a storm, a rain date will be arranged later.
