NYSCU Annual Meeting
NYSCU Notes: It’s Time! Thanks to Charles Courtsal, Karen Dau, Richard Reed, Michael Scott, and Sarah Singal, who will attend the NYSCU Annual Meeting as delegates representing our church! Thanks also to the many volunteers who have signed up to help. The NYSCU Annual Meeting is October 26 right here at church, with a welcome reception and organ event on Friday evening. If you would like to attend the Saturday workshops, registration is required at NYSCU.org. If you would like to come and hear the keynote speaker, UUA President Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray, you are not required to register for the conference. After months of planning, we are ready to show off our Rochester UU Hospitality! If you wish to volunteer or prepare a dish to pass, please see Paula Marchese in the CBL after service, or email her at pemarche35@gmail.com.

Sign Up for RAIHN* Week Nov 10-17
During RAIHN Week, November 10-17, we will turn our church into a home for temporarily homeless families. We'll convert our classrooms into bedrooms, cook meals, stay overnight, and provide other help. To join our volunteer team, sign up in the lounge after church on Sunday, or contact Chris DeGolyer,
chrisdeg@frontiernet.net with questions. If you'd like to learn more before volunteering, we have opportunities to "shadow" experienced volunteers.
