Tuesday, January 21 | Drop-In Discussion: Has this really happened?!
So how are we all doing now that it's really happened? Let's gather and share our reactions and thoughts after the Inauguration of #47. Steve Munson will lead our discussion. Drop-in Discussions meet via Zoom on Tuesday nights from 6:30-7:30pm. Look on the First Universalist homepage for details and a link, or click the Zoom meeting link in this blurb title!
Thursday, Jan. 23 | Eastman at Washington Square: “H & G, a Great and Terrible Story”

Jan. 22 & Jan. 26 | Info Sessions for the Sanctuary Ventilation Project
The House Committee invites you to attend one of two info sessions about the ventilation project for the sanctuary. The House Committee has been working on plans to improve ventilation and comfort in the sanctuary. The next step in this process would entail architectural design work costing enough that congregational approval is required. Leadership is interested in your thoughts. These sessions will not involve any voting by the congregation. The first will occur via Zoom only on Jan. 22 at 7 pm. The second will occur in person and via Zoom after Sunday service on Jan. 26 at 11:45am in the sanctuary (and during Coffee Hour on Zoom). We hope you can attend and give us your input. Please contact house@uuroc.org with any questions. Zoom Link for both sessions:

Free Books!
Help yourself to any of the books on the large freestanding bookcase in the library. The Library Committee hopes to find these books a good home and empty the bookcase before the Auction on February 2. You can ignore price stickers and take as many as you would like, for yourselves, to give away, or put in a Little Free Library! Paper bags under the library desk are available for your use. Please note that the books in the built-in bookcases along the walls are our permanent library collection and are not included in this offer, but may be borrowed and then returned. And please remember NOT to drop off any books. If you have a book you feel should be added to our collection, please email the library first at library@uuroc.org.
