Transgender Day of Visibility is March 31, when we celebrate and affirm the lives of transgender and gender non-conforming people. Being visible can be both liberating and also unsafe. Being invisible can be soul-crushing while also maintaining a sense of safety in the unseen. Let us explore the tensions between being visible and invisible.

Speaker: Rev. Lane Campbell

Please only attend in-person if you have been fully vaccinated. We also ask that anyone attending in-person wear a KN95 mask and socially distance.

Seeking Worship Associates
Are you interested in serving as a Worship Associate? They assist the Minister with worship services, by speaking, and sometimes writing, elements of the service. WA’s also, in coordination with staff and guest speakers, create the worship script when Rev. Lane is out of the pulpit. To be selected you must be a member of First Universalist who attends worship services regularly, interested in learning about UU theology and worship, and willing to be a reliable and supportive member. Public speaking skills and experience are preferred. If you are interested, please email Rev. Lane Campbell at minister@uuroc.org.
