- This Week: The Tesla Revolution
Elon Musk is tearing apart the empire of internal combustion cars and trucks. This is happening suddenly, will bankrupt the “legacy” automakers, and may signal the end of the dominance of fossil fuels. Hank Stone will present.
- Next Week: Eastern Service Workers Association
The Eastern Service Workers Association is all-volunteer-run and non-government funded, independently organizing some of Monroe County's lowest paid workers, especially those with no collective bargaining rights. Available 365 days a year ESWA members run a self-help, mutual-aid benefit program to better meet our day-to-day needs, while organizing together to have the necessary strength to fight for long-term solutions to our poverty. Benjamin Lee - ESWA Operations Manager presents.
Weekly Midweek Meditation sessions are back up each Wednesday at 11:30am! On second Wednesdays, we hold an extended Midweek Meditation, with an extra half hour of sharing and meditation following the traditional format. A time to connect for deep breathing, meditation, singing, and silence. Look on the First Universalist homepage
