10:30am Sunday Service: The Call of the Soft-Hearted Towards Justice

Let us hear the continual call towards softening our hearts as the call towards justice. In this time, many of us have felt the pull towards numbness and overwhelm. Where can a soft and loving heart teach us to act for justice?

Speaker: Rev. Lane-Mairead Campbell

Sunday, February 18 | Membership Committee: Listening Session!

In preparation for membership growth initiative, the membership

committee is going to conduct a listening session with the congregation on February 18, 2024 after the service. Please plan to attend. Your input is needed. This session will help us prepare for the membership consultant. Three questions that will be discussed are

  1. What does our church have to offer new members?
  2. How are we willing to change to help our membership grow?
  3. Why do we want to grow?

The 2024 Service Auction Approaches!

The clock is ticking, and the 2024 Service Auction is coming! The big fundraising event is Sunday, February 4, 2024 after the church service, but NOW is the time to plan! Think about what you might like to donate to the auction—perhaps a dinner, service, or unique item. (Please remember that the auction is not the place for garage sale or Goodwill items). Donation forms (both hard copy and online) are available now, and there are lots of volunteer opportunities. Contact finance@uuroc.org for more information, or click on the button below!
