10:30am Sunday Service: Letting Compassion In

The hymn of contemplation for the month of January is based off of a lovingkindness meditation, inspired by the Heart Sutra in the Buddhist tradition. How do we embrace compassion for ourselves and others? How does compassion help us to remain soft in these times?

Speaker: Rev. Lane-Mairead Campbell
