Adults -- Lea Mortelmans will present some of her pictures and memories from her mission trip to Haiti with the team from Evergreen Association.

Second Sunday in Easter. Pastor Chris will look at the familiar story of "Doubting Thomas" and its aftermath. John 20:19-31; Acts 5:27-32.
Wednesday -- NO activities this week as Pastor Chris takes some post-Easter time off.

Saturday, April 2 -- Game Night, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Jen Gage writes: "Game Night is back!! This Saturday, April 2nd 7:00-9:00 pm we will have game night. Bring your favorite game if you would like or just bring yourself. All ages welcome: kids games will be available."
Sunday, April 10 -- With Pastor Chris on vacation, our pulpit will be filled by Rev. Loren Simmonds. Mr. Simmonds works as an advisor to non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include resource development, community relations and board training. He holds two earned Master's degrees and has received the Certified Municipal Leadership Award, as well as the Advanced Certified Municipal Leadership Award, from the Association of Washington Cities. Loren served on the Lynnwood City Council from 1999-2015. He served as the Council President for nine years. Along with his service on the Council, he chaired the Lynnwood Tourism Advisory Committee and served as liaison to the Neighborhood and Demographic Diversity Commission, and as city representative to the South County Cities Alliance and Snohomish County Tomorrow task group on Annexation Principles. In the recent past, Loren served as Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee for the Lynnwood City Center Project and Lead for Lynnwood's annexation into the Sno- Isle Library District. He was also a founding member of the Lynnwood Parks Foundation and initiated Lynnwood University, a highly successful citizens' academy for understanding local government. He sponsored legislation for the creation of the Office of Economic Development.

Sunday, April 3 -- Seattle First Baptist Church presents Jazz Vespers, this month featuring BlueStreet Jazz Voices. "BlueStreet performs current arrangements of big band favorites, jazz standards, songs by contemporary jazz artists such as: Michael Bublé, Kurt Elling, Groove for Thought, Manhattan Transfer, Jane Monheit, New York Voices, Gene Puerling and jazz inspired arrangements of popular artists - The Beatles, Coldplay, Maroon Five, James Taylor, Paul Simon and Stevie Wonder, to name a few." Seattle Jazz Vespers is free and open to the public on the first Sunday night of each month (October through June) at 6:00 p.m. No tickets or reservations are needed. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Come early for best seating. Free parking behind the church. An offering will be taken at intermission to support the artists.

Invitation to a Revival
"The Faith Tabernacle Fellowship family would be delighted if you and members of your congregation would join us in celebration of our 2016 Spring Revival on Wednesday, March 30th through Friday, April 1st, 2016. Service will begin at 7:00 PM each night. Light refreshments will be served after Friday service only.
Our theme is "Working to be Perfect" - Matthew 5:48: Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. Our guest speaker will be Pastor Dana McClendon of Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Seattle.
