Iowa State Daily covers podcast
Iowa State freshman Sheila Jean Collins left campus on Jan. 26, 1968. She never arrived home and to this day, her murder remains unsolved.
The Iowa State Daily highlighted a five-part series covering the cold case file of Collins, which is based on the Greenlee Investigates podcast, created by Greenlee's JL MC 390L: Cold Case Journalism class.

Students in associate professor Tracy Lucht's JL MC 390L: Cold Case Journalism class created the true crime podcast in the fall of 2021 and talked about their experiences Jan. 26 in Hamilton Hall -- fifty-four years to the day Sheila Jean Collins went missing. Pictured are some of the JL MC 390L class who attended in person, from left to right: Amber Mohmand, Molly Blanco, Sierra Hoeger, Morgan Durick, Sydney Novak, Zeke Seuser and Kylee Haueter. The event was also streamed on Zoom. Photo credit: Tracy Lucht
