Job Title: WorkCyte Associate Position - Technical Writer, WorkCyte Phase II: Student Information and Receivables

Job Description: The WorkCyte Phase II: Student Information and Receivables project is seeking an undergraduate student with a self-starter attitude to join our team as a WorkCyte Associate assisting with maintaining and creating general Workday knowledge base articles as part of the Change Management workstream. Scheduled work hours are flexible but must occur within traditional business hours as work will be performed in-person.
Job Skills / Requirements:
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand complex actions and describe in more simple terms.
- Skilled in using software to capture screenshots of action steps.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Word editing skills, including tracked changes and formatted styles.
- Some HTML knowledge is highly desired.
Hourly Pay Rate: $10.50
Schedule Type: Ongoing + Part time + Flexible Hours

TA needed for JL MC 101
Two teaching assistants are needed for JL MC 101. The selected students will be responsible for the following:
- Helping the instructor manage student emails and questions about the course syllabus, assignments and absences.
- Helping to monitor and contribute to discussion posts and unit reflections.
- Helping the instructor facilitate in-class discussion and activities.
