Constitution Day is Friday
Do you like prizes? If so, plan to join us online on Friday, Sept. 17, for a fun, virtual quiz in honor of Constitution Day. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects our freedom of expression from government interference (mostly.)

For information or to get involved in First Amendment Days planning, contact Julie Roosa, jroosa@iastate.edu, chair of the First Amendment Committee at the Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication.

Internship Spotlight: Anna Olson
My experience with journalism as a legal intern

"Ever since I was little, I dreamed of being a lawyer. I'm not sure if I determined this after I started a petition to stop the ban on flips-flops in my elementary school or when the mayor of Boone told me I'd make a good attorney someday. All I know is that I've had the goal to go to law school my whole life."
