A story of adventure and humanity in the American heartland, The Bikes of Wrath follows five Australian friends as they attempt to cycle from Oklahoma to California in honor of John Steinbeck’s The Grapes of Wrath. On the way they seek to understand how the country has changed since the Dust Bowl migration of the 1930s, exploring the wealth gap, religion, immigration and the American Dream.

5B is the inspirational true story of the everyday heroes, nurses and caregivers who took extraordinary action to comfort, protect and care for the patients of the first AIDS ward unit in the United States. 5B is a stirringly told through first-person testimony of these nurses and caregivers who built Ward 5B in 1983 at San Francisco General Hospital, their patients, oved ones and staff who volunteered to crate care practices based in humanity and holistic well-being during a time of great uncertainty.
Post film Q&A with Brendan Gaul, the producer, and characters whose story inspired this film and Senior Leadership from Johnson & Johnson and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation in a panel discussion following the film to discuss current issues in HIV Education and Treatment.

June Ballinger is an actress who has worked on Broadway, off Broadway, regional theatre, television, and film. June served as Artistic Director of Trenton’s Passage Theatre Company for 22 years (now under direction of Ryanne Domingues). Additionally June teaches beginning and intermediate acting to a mixed class of teens and adults for the Bucks County Playhouse.

Pecha Kucha Nights are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works, thoughts, holiday snaps -- just about anything, really -- in the Pecha Kucha format. PechaKucha is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. Some are incredibly personal, some are incredibly funny, but all are very different, and they turn each Pecha Kucha Night into “a box of chocolates.”
