Reception to Follow at Church
In sure and certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life, we give thanks to God for the life of Jim Haefner who passed from God's Church Militant to God's Church Triumphant on Wednesday, July 13th. Please join us on Sunday, August 7th at 2:00 pm for a celebration of Jim's life and of the resurrection promise made to Jim in the waters of his baptism.

All are invited to a reception in the auditorium immediately following the service.

I have been a member of Incarnate Word since 1983. I have served three years on council, two of those years as council president. As chair of the Stewardship team, I am passionate about broadening the way people think about Stewardship in the context of God’s mission at Incarnate Word and beyond.

I am the Director of Evaluations at Brockport Research Institute after a long career as a biomedical researcher at University of Rochester Medical Center. I look forward to continuing to serving on council and discerning Incarnate Word’s role in the community, the region, and the world.
