Let's practice and earn merit together!
In these sessions, Geshe Sangpo explains that creating merit is an essential part of Buddhist practice. When we build up our stores of merit, it removes obstacles in our spiritual lives. This makes it easier to understand the teachings and apply the Dharma in our everyday lives. Making merit is also great purification!

OUR HUMAN POTENTIAL
~ by His Holiness the Dalai Lama
When His Holiness the Dalai Lama gave a series of lectures at Harvard University, they fulfilled magnificently his intention of providing an in-depth introduction to Buddhist theory and practice. He structured the presentation according to the teachings of the Four Noble Truths and expanded their meaning to cover most of the topics of Tibetan Buddhism, including the psychology of cyclic existence, consciousness and karma, techniques for meditation, altruism, valuing enemies, wisdom, and much more. Previously published under the title The Dalai Lama at Harvard.
TIBETAN BUDDHIST DEITY PENDANT
This amulet necklace features a Tibetan Buddhist deity in a pendant that is light in weight and comfortable to wear. They are also suitable to hang in your car or in a meditation place you may have in your home. Note: since these amulets feature holy images, they should be treated with special respect, just as you would a religious painting or statue. The deities featured include Chenrezig, Shakyamuni Buddha, and Green Tara.

Live in the present, give in the present - Have you heard the word Dana (sounds like Donna) used in the Center? It means generosity, an important Buddhist virtue. One may be inspired after a meaningful Sunday teaching or to commemorate a personal milestone. Some choose this method for anonymity, others prefer to give as their heart is moved.
