MAHAMUDRA: HOW TO DISCOVER OUR TRUE NATURE
~ by Lama Yeshe
Recommended by Venerable Robina!
Lama Yeshe tells us that mahamudra is “the universal reality of emptiness, of non-duality” and its unique characteristic is its emphasis on meditation: “With mahamudra meditation there is no doctrine, no theology, no philosophy, no God, no Buddha. Mahamudra is only experience.” Lama Yeshe’s words are direct, funny, and incredibly encouraging.

jongwa (Tib); sbyong ba (Wyl)
"
The eradication from the mind of negative imprints left by past non-virtuous actions, which would otherwise ripen into suffering. The most effective methods of purification employ the four opponent powers of regret, reliance, virtuous activity and resolve."
(Wyl) or Wylie, is a method to transliterate the Tibetan script into Roman script.
