To some, the Bible is mysterious; to others, it is intriguing and thought-provoking; and to others still, it is the Word of God. But how does one even begin to read, much less study a book like the Bible? This Sunday, we will launch into a brand new sermon series to help us better understand how to approach this incredible book that is the very Word of God.
We're helping faith and football collide on Super Bowl Sunday
Join us for worship and a boxed hamburger/hot dog lunch
For the second consecutive year, MC3 will join with churches across the nation on Sunday, Feb. 7, to celebrate Football Sunday.

Football Sunday is an experience that coincides with pro football’s biggest event, the Super Bowl. We will use our 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning church service to showcase the faith journeys of current NFL players, demonstrating how they are using their platforms to glorify Jesus.

Whether you join us online or in person, we hope you’ll use this opportunity to invite someone to share the experience. At the heart of it all, we’re looking to lead people into a relationship with Christ.

Following the worship service, we’ll be providing boxed lunches (hamburgers, hot dogs and other goodies) in the parking lot behind our worship center at 2150 Paxton Dr. in Lilburn. Even if you join us online, we encourage you to drive by and pick up a boxed lunch.

Jesus is tempted

How many of us can quote verses from God’s Word? It is important to memorize God’s Word because God’s enemy, the devil, tempts us to do wrong. What can we do when the devil tempts us? When the Lord Jesus is your Savior, God will use His Word to help you resist temptation. Jesus gave us an example of how to use God’s Word when we are tempted.

This week, our children will learn about Jesus’ encounter with the devil in the wilderness, His temptation and how He overcame it, and how we can have God’s help when we are tempted.
