Are you, "Good to Go" for God
Sermon Title: Gospel Readiness
Scripture:     2 Timothy 4:1-5

Have you ever heard or used the phrase, "Good to go?" As a statement, it means that you are ready for the task ahead. As a question, it asks if you have all the tools, all the training, all the data you need to complete your mission. So are you "Good to Go?" As followers of Jesus, we are called to be on mission to reach the one that is lost. What we will discover this Sunday is that the Holy Spirit has supplied all of our needs. We have the shoes of the readiness of the Gospel . . . you and I are "Good to Go!"

Share a Bedtime Story with your child(ren)

We are super excited to partner with the Skit Guys to share a little hope and humor with your children through Bedtime Bible Stories. Each Wednesday, we will post five new videos on the  Footsteps Ministry web page  and send the links to parents in an email The stories will make you laugh and point children to the hope we find in Jesus. Here is the first batch of videos:

Skit Guys encourage the children to participate by sending in their drawings, videos of them singing, or pictures of them and their families watching! Some of these will be shown online.
Help your children put on the armor of God
So far, we have covered the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness in our presentation of the Armor of God for Children. This week, we will tackle the Feet Shod With the Gospel of Peace.

Remember, Sunday's video message should be posted on the church website by Friday and we will also send parents an email each week. Here are links to the lessons so far, which are being shared with our children in conjunction with the same series being taught by Art Stansberry on Sunday mornings.

Angel Whispers . . .

The beautiful 4-year-old with blonde hair and big brown eyes was asked after his class was over, what was his memory verse for the week. He puffed up his chest, took a deep breath, and proudly said, "I am not ashamed of the golf course!" Romans 1:16.  Thanks, Griffin!
