March 28, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

VOLUNTEER TO SERVE

• Make chili for our Cookoff competition.
• Make a cake, pie or other dessert for the Cake Auction benefiting the MC3 Student Ministry and their summer trip to CIY.
• Provide candy and help stuff 2,000 individually wrapped pieces of candy for the Easter Egg Hunt.
• Volunteers to provide cakes, pies, cookies or other desserts for the Cake Auction.
• Volunteers for security, parking, golf carts, popcorn and sno-cone machines, games, etc.

REGISTER YOUR CHILDREN

• Age-specific egg hunts for children in nursery school through fifth grade.

Sermon Title: Jesus Is Our Intercessor

Scripture: Daniel 9

This Sunday, we will look at what some may call an unlikely candidate to be considered a pattern of Jesus. Daniel was a man of prayer, deep prayer. In fact, in the middle of prayer, Daniel sees a vision of an angel coming to him, saying, "As soon as you began to pray, a word went out, which I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed." (Daniel 9:23) Daniel prayed for and interceded for the remnant that was still in exile, and he received an immediate answer. Jesus was also a man of deep prayer. In fact, Jesus interceded for us in John 17. He prayed for us before going to the cross and, ultimately, interceding for us by sacrificing Himself for us. Join us Sunday as we discover how important it is to have an intercessor.
