Sunday sermon

Sermon Title: Faith in Motion
Scripture: James 2

James is an incredible book. One can almost hear James practically and casually speaking to us about how we should live as servants of Christ. Will Tyler did a great job with chapter one, and this week, I'll pick up the baton and unpack chapter two. In this chapter, James reminds us that our faith is not static or inactive, but that our faith is in constant motion toward loving God and loving others. So join us this Sunday as we study James 2 together.

Come hear about some of the beloved children in the scriptures and how God used them to achieve a purpose! Note: Parent(s) must attend with their child(ren). Accompanying parent(s) can help their children stay socially distanced and keep their masks on. Masks are required for parents and children.
Please bring your own lawn chairs or sitting blankets ... and go potty before you come!
A waiver releasing the Stills family and MC3 Church of any responsibility should someone become ill must be signed by that evening or before. You can print out the attached form, sign it, and bring it with you ... but forms will also be available on Thursday. (Download the Children's Waiver)

We're looking for a few good messages for 2-Minute Devotions
MC3 Church is looking for people who would be willing to do one of our 2-Minute Devotions.

These short devotions, which we share via Facebook and other social media, regularly draw more than 1,000 views.

They are easy to film--you can do it with your phone or come into the office--and the only requirement is a Scripture-based message lasting about 2 minutes.

If you are interested in participating, please email Jim Barber at
