Now this is a Hallmark love story like no other
Sermon Title: Blessings of God
Scripture:  Ruth 3

This Sunday's sermon could be brought to you by the Hallmark Channel. If you love to snuggle up in a good blanket, with a cup of coffee and a Hallmark movie, then you will be familiar with this part of Ruth's story. Amidst this love story, we will focus on the blessings of God. His blessings are evident in hope that God gives us and in the righteousness of both Ruth and Boaz. So this Sunday, bring your favorite blanket, fill your cup at the cafe in the lobby, and experience a true-to-life, Biblical Hallmark special.
Lion and Lamb name contest begins for Children's Ministry
MC3's Children's Ministry has a new lion and lamb mascot, and we're holding a contest to name them.

Contest forms will be given to the children Nov. 17 and Nov. 24. The submission deadline is Sunday, Dec. 1, and the winners will be announced Sunday, Dec. 8, along with prizes for the two winners.

Each envelope received will be date and time stamped at the time received. In case of a duplicate tie, the earliest submittal will win.

Hint: If you want to pet the Lion and Lamb, you must feed them first. What do this Lion and Lamb eat? Scripture, of course! You must feed him Words from His Holy Word!
An opportunity to Serve, Love and Teach
Our darling children are in need of a once-a-month teacher. Teachers are needed for 2- and 3-year-olds and 4- and 5-year-olds for the second Sunday of the month.

This is a magnificent way to serve the darling children and their parents, MC3 Church and His Kingdom.
Dollar Club to benefit Parkview Care Team in November
Our November Dollar Club offerings will benefit the Parkview High School Care Team. T he care team fund provides a variety of services for students in need, especially those who are homeless.
Among other things, the Care Team has purchased eyeglasses, medical and school supplies, and grocery gift cards.

In October, Dollar Club offerings totaled $216 and were donated to SOAR Ministries to offset expenses associated with the Angel Bag project.
Honoring our veterans
Today is Veterans Day, a time to honor those who have served our country with valor and dedication.

Take a moment this week to personally “thank” or write “thank-you notes” to the veterans in your life. Visit a disabled veteran or a veteran in a care facility. Many such veterans have few or no family members who visit. Or even consider becoming an advocate for a veteran, helping them enlist for services at a VA Clinic or providing transportation for them to get groceries or get to medical appointments.
Your help is needed to hold church on Sunday mornings
Our Gravity Ministry needs help with the set-up and tear-down necessary to hold Sunday morning services at Parkview High School.

This team starts at 8 a.m. each Sunday to set up our mobile church. Tear-down and load-out of the trailer begin immediately after service ends.

Everyone is welcome. Even if you can help carry just a single piece of equipment to the trailer, it will be a blessing for this team.

If you would like to be a part of this vital team, then please fill out the form below.  And if you are already serving in this area, please take a moment and fill out this form as well, so that we can communicate better to you.
