New series charts course to REACH THE ONE
Sermon Title: Celebrate
Scripture:   John 4

This Sunday, we will begin a brand new sermon series called 141 (or One for One). We want to recenter ourselves around our vision to REACH THE ONE WHO NEEDS CHRIST in our community and our world. We want to be a church that embodies John 1:41-42. In this passage we are told, " The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, 'We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Christ).' And he brought him to Jesus." We want to be a church where the first thing that all MC3ers do is search out lost neighbors and bring them to Jesus. So don't miss any Sundays in January as together we learn how to be 141.
Celebrate at Eight
New Year’s Eve Party

Help your children ring in 2020 with our Celebrate at Eight New Year's Eve Party for children in the first through fifth grades. The event will take place from 6-8 p.m. at the Mountain Park Depot at 5050 Five Forks Trickum Rd.

We will have games, snacks, prizes and music for everyone. All children need to bring a clock of some type. We will celebrate the stroke of midnight at 8 p.m.!
We need UNO cards
We need decks of UNO cards for an upcoming activity, so if you have spares or worn-out sets, please bring them to church on Sunday.

You can leave them in one of the silver buckets that will be set up in the lobby at Parkview High School.
Year-end gifts should be postmarked or made by Dec. 31
Year-end financial contributions need to be in the church office or postmarked by Dec. 31 to have them included in your 2019 Contribution Statement.

For your convenience, you can make contributions online through the MC3 Church app or via the website.

Dollar Club offerings to benefit Parkview Christian Learning Center
Our Dollar Club offerings in January will benefit the Parkview Christian Learning Center, which offers a religious education class where Parkview High School students can investigate and experience the message of Jesus, and receive credit for it. MC3 Church Student Minister Will Tyler and his wife Helena are the instructors for the class.

Meanwhile, our Dollar Club offerings in December totaled $247 and will go to the Berkmar Patriots Soccer Club to help offset costs for cleats and uniforms for students who cannot afford the fees.
