A word from Art

Sermon Title: Reviving a Dead Church
Scripture: Revelation 3:1-6

This Sunday we will look at a "Zombified" Church. The church appeared to be alive, but in all actuality Jesus tells them that they are dead. It's a scary assessment from Jesus. This Sunday we will look at how we can avoid the same fate and what it truly means to be alive.
It's great being back together for in-person worship on Sundays ...
and we're online, too!
Remember! You have two options for worshiping with the MC3 family this week—online and in person.

Both our online and Church in the Parking Lot services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Church in the Parking Lot offers a full worship service—singing, communion, sermon, offering time and socially distanced fellowship. The in-person service will be held in the parking lot by the gym at the old Mount Carmel church building located at 6015 Old Stone Mountain Rd. The service will be broadcast over FM radio.

Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 precautions, we are unable to offer children’s church at this time, but are working to make that a possibility. Our Student Ministry—middle and high schoolers—will meet immediately after the Sunday worship service for activities on the church grounds.

Also, please take a moment and complete our online attendance form to help us track who's watching online and attending the in-person service. You can also evaluate the service and submit prayer requests with the form.

“A Little Child Shall Lead Them. . .”

A Courageous mother, sister and Princess care for a baby Exodus 1:6-2:10

Our second lesson in this series is Moses as a baby. His story tells us how God used his mother, sister and the Palace Princess to courageously give this baby boy such a spectacular beginning of his life. Moses is one of the greatest Patriarchs of the Old Testaments.

This is also a good time to remind the children to:
  • Pray and ask God for courage when dealing with difficult problems; and
  • Learn to not let fear overwhelm them.
